The AML M7170 Vehicle or Truck Mount Terminal supports real-time industrial data collection applications in the factory, on the loading dock, and in the warehouse yard. The M7170 Truck Mount Computer mounts directly to industrial warehouse vehicles such as forklift trucks and enables real-time data transfer between mobile operators and back-end host applications. Built to last with heavy-duty steel construction and an IP54 environmental rating, the M7170 is ideally suited for real-time receiving, put-away, picking and shipping applications in rugged warehouse environments. Optional cold storage heater option available.

Each M7170 Vehicle Mount Terminal ships pre-loaded with VT100/VT220 terminal emulation, a native TN5250 client, FTP server, HTTP server, TELNET client, Web Browser, WEP and WPA/WPA2 advanced encryption and authentication capabilities (EAP-PEAP, EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS, and PSK-TKIP). |
