This offer is valid only for qualifying purchases of AML M7225, M7220, M7221 or M71V2 wireless handheld computers in the United States and Canada by end-users only. Void where prohibited by law or otherwise restricted. Rebate payable in U.S. dollars only. Not valid with any other offers and does not apply to any other AML products. This offer applies only to the first retail end-user and is not transferable. A direct or indirect AML reseller, or any organization which sells new or used terminals as part of their business or an associate division, is not eligible to claim program rebates for themselves as an End-user Customer. Checks are payable directly from AML to end-users only.
M7100 units must be returned within 60 days of purchase of new AML equipment to be eligible for rebate. Trade-in units must be in working condition to receive full rebate. No rebate will be issued for units that are not intact. Hand written invoices or sales history reports will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Offer does not apply to demo products. All terminals returned to and received by AML become the sole property of AML.
AML is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or misdirected shipments, incomplete, incorrect or illegible claims or mail. All returned units must be sent freight prepaid, or they will not be accepted. Rebate checks will only be issued once the trade-in terminals are returned accompanied with a purchasing invoice for your new products and a copy of this rebate form, which you will receive via email. Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued. AML reserves the right to change specifications of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
